some yearn to live, while others fight to thrive
Call me crazy but yesterday as i was walking home from school i just marveled at how beautiful the snow is. I feel really blessed to live here and get to experience the beauty in the changing seasons. I love the jackets, mittens, wool socks, snuggling infront of the fireplace with a good book and a cup of hot chocolate(ok we don't have a fireplace, but i can dream)and most importantly... hockey time!!!
my brother isn't playing hockey this year that's so strange to me, i've been going to watch his games since i was 2, including summer hockey camps. meh, i'll go watch my cousins now.
yesterday i went to bed at 10 cause i was so exhausted, exhausted in everyway you possibly can be. this last month has been amazing, i feel as if things are starting to really come together. you know those times in your life when you're not really living, just kinda hiding from the person you know you are/want to become (i haven't decided if that's the same thing). well that's no longer me, i feel as if i've steped out and just "gone for it". i'll admitt i'm super afraid, it's totally been worth it thou. it's strange i'm doing things; i'm setting goals and meeting them and living the life i want. speaking of, i ran the 5k on sunday my goal was to do it in 30min, i made it in 23!!! ya it killed my legs but i did it.
well it's time to get back to the homework, that's getting pretty busy. have a happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!! hehe, i know the whole story of it now, but i won't ruin your holiday... sneaky sneak ;)
