the raging mennonite

so today was the day i realized just how menno i really am. i went to church this morning across town. it was really good, i felt really at home and found myself thinking that it felt kinda like The Grace. turns out it was an MB, of all the churches in this city, yep i ended up in a menno one.

then as i was driving home i saw this sign for a sale at Kings, it wasn't just a normal sale, it was the once a year tent sale. DC, Converse, Nike, Addias, Roxy, Ethnies shoes for like $50. Naturally i can't help myself, as hard as i've tried to not go shopping this year, this is an opportunity i could not miss. so after at least an hour i end up with $140 DVS shoes for half price. the best part about all this is that i bring them home to realize i have bought the most comfortable expensive ugly shoes i've ever seen. they're poop brown and orange and giant skater shoes. my feet look like they've ballooned up like Brittany Spears's body. but for some reason i'm still happy because the menno in me got the best deal i've ever seen.
