In My Real World

In the last 24 hours i've slept almost 14 hours, yep i'm sick. oh well.

There's something about your body shutting down that causes your brain to run on overdrive. It makes me think of what my life has turned into, it's different again. So i wonder if this is naturally the way it should be or if this is just the decisions i make. I guess this is what happens when you step out, things change, just sometimes i wish they could stay the same. Sometimes i just want time to stand still and be at a place i recognize, a moment to just breath.

I guess I'm just a little homesick and tired of being around strangers. I can't wait to go home and have a bubble bath this weekend.

I've been listening to a lot of Big & Rich lately one of their songs is called Real World:

"There's a girl on channel 13 i know she's gonna fall in love with me, then i'm gonna win the lottery tomorrow or the next day.

but in my real world things don't always turn out so good, like you wish they would, in my real world i'm a little bit messed up and broke don't you know..."

It keeps going on like that, i love country so brutally honest and funny at the same time. Yep in reality my life isn't perfect, but it is pretty dam great!!!
