5 feet higher
i went to the pam am pool today, and i jumped off the second platform!! considering i'm insanely afriad of hights this was a huge feet for me. (usually i only jump off the first one) it wasn't graceful or beautiful by any means; i screamed the whole way down and my body hurt when i FINALLY hit the water, but i did it.
i think this is life when God brings us out of our comfort zones. it's akward and sometimes painful, but in the end we survive. so often i feel like this as my life as it seems to be steering itself in a different direction.
i went to church in the city today, i loved it. we sang camp songs, and prayed a lot and i laughed a lot.
i'm going wedding dress shopping with my sister on saturday. i don't know anything about wedding dresses; totally new territory for me!! but i'm gonna go and jump. i think that's what matters, is that you keep putting yourself out there no matter how akward the landing.

I'm impressed that you jumped off the second platform! I am also scared of heights! Jumping off the high diving board was always my biggest fear when I took swimming lessons! I always think of the Mr. Bean episode when he gets scared on the top of a diving board! That one's hilarious!
