the hippie takes form

the last few days have been the most beautiful dayz ever. i love being able to be outside sooo much, however normally i can't handle the cold. i went for a week at the university today and found myself marveling at the trees, yes i am a hippie. i realized this as i was learning about global warming in my geography class, and found myself quite stimulated. also i now love grocery shopping simply bc i look at all the different veggies and fruit... oh and the best part is that i stop and smell the flowers. haha ok that sounds retarded, but seriously do it, it makes your day soo much better.

yesterday i was in the mall, big shocker there! and i saw they had put out all the spring stuff already!!!! i'm so excited oh and i think the colours for this summer while be green and ice blue, so nice, basically bc i was getting sick of wearing pink all the time!! so the clothes got me thinking of all the things spring means. i get to go swimming and camping and hiking (well not real hiking in mb) and i can play b-ball outside!!! and my mom will plant her garden with fresh fruit and veggies and flowers.... oh i'm not gonna start ranting on the flowers. i think everything that i really love to do is outside, there's just something about it. and soon i'll be able to put flowers in my hair!!! (for those of you that didn't see me i did this all last year)

Looking at nature just causes me to marvel even more at good's greatness and beauty, there's nothing man has ever created that comes close to a sunset or a forest in the fall.

i think this is why i will never be a city person, or even a big town person, i don't think i can do it. so far leaving the city and going shopping are the only things that have kept me going this year. i still really have this huge craving to live in a tent somewhere and live off my garden. yep it's true i am a hippie all the way throu, but don't worry i won't stop shaving my legs. :D
